40GB has no BC for now(if you really care about BC).
sixaxis has no rumble(if you care about rumble of`course).
some pc/x360 port on ps3 has some weak points(well if you actually play FPS/RTS on consoles).
hdmi cable should be included in 80-160GB model(unless you are fine with component).
LBP should be released already(if you actually care about this game).
