Complaints:

The controls. A lot of people try the controls and find them unresponsive because they can't move in a straight line (I personally don't blame Rayman when I can't draw a fruit, but people react to change and don't like to blame themselves). However, there is a good argument, in that I wish Nintendo had done a bit more to help against multiple light sources. A console should not need to sit in a specifically lit room to get ideal control, and consoles in rooms with windows or a lot of other light can have weird control issues or unresponsive actions with losing the pointer.

When it works, it's awesome. When it doesn't work, you get cries of "Broken Controls!" that really often are a mixture of bad player and bad lighting, but the 2nd one should not have to be a consideration.
