Long Story Short. Marcus Beer of Annoyed Gamer had a rant this morning on his GT Show about the "Hip Hop Gamer" being appointed Video Game Ambassador for the "Entertainment Consumers Association".

Main Gripes with him: 

- Hip Hop Gamer not adhering to journalistic standards despite claims of being the #1 games journalist. Lowering the bar for his field.

- Calling people 'faggots' online and walking around everywhere with a WWF Championship Belt around his shoulder

- Grabbing a dozen gift bags at Video Game PR Events

My view: Marcus is right. This is the wrong guy to represent the gaming industry, in the role as ambassador. The appointment is a joke, and it didn't take long for someone to find his comments calling people 'faggots' online
