Pretty much the constitution of the U.S and the variants found among the states. It would be a classical liberal society (under the umbrellas of both Libertarian and Liberalism), it would be a Republic, it would have Laissez-Faire capitalism, there would be the negative rights to Life, Liberty, and Property. There would be positive rights provided by the government in matters related to the government, such as the right to a lawyer. There would be a dispersion of government, rather than a centralized government. There would be a prohibition of a central national bank that is capable of producing money without a tie to a gold standard or some other physical commodity.
