Just shows that videogame companies need to give campaigns more money than NRA.

You know, that's probably true.  The videogame industry takes in a truck-load of money, it might be time to turn that into a powerful Washington lobby.  The NRA literally tells the Republican party what to do on certain issues.  I'm not making that up, many elected officials wait on advise from the NRA when select issues pop up.  The gaming industry has the ear of a valuable demographic itself, so it's time to start up it's own political machine.

Not really. The youth vote is more or less worthless except for presidential elections.

The average age of people who play videogames is going up.  You don't try to influence older people, you work on younger people because they'll be older one day.
