From the rumors, it looks like the Nextbox has the potential to sell really well. Even if its less powerful than the PS4, it will come with the Kinect 2 and have new features like illumiroom which have never been seen before and this could really attract a large number of casual gamer's because they will see it as a good value console + it has a very cool illumiroom feature.
Also, I think the Nextbox and the PS4 will be extremely similar graphics wise, cause they still want their games to look great and not worse than PS4 games.
