It seems to me that this guideline is actually indeed true and very over looked by many because of new rumors, but since this was leaked all of it has been pointed at as being there plans for the future. And by 2015 we may have the complete experience. Anyplace, any screen. If you know much about Fortaleza it is something that you may be able to take anywhere. Phones, tablets, and PC has also been added to microsoft's ecosystem along with PC.
Also Fortaleza would be aimed for 2014 if this guide proves to be true

uhm no im not trying to say i did the research. I'm researching what has come true and when. What patents has been released. I'm trying to research officiol things from MSFT. Nothing to do with my research on any of this. Basically put that there to let you know Ill be updating this thread on everything that gets confimed but Ill switch the name since you think that is what i meant.
