Are you serious? We already have leaked specs....they're not pulling a Nintendo.
You can have both power and innovative features and services.
In case you have low reading comprehension, what this article means is that the way PS4 will be marketed, it won't focus purely on how powerful it is. People will already know that PS4 is more powerful than a PS3. So why put so much focus on the obvious? It's much better to focus on stuff like GAMES and innovative features.
