Apple is now nearly as big as Microsoft with personal computing devices

I wonder if this graph includes all Windows Phone, Windows 8 tablet, etc devices? If the next Xbox does indeed run off of a Win 8 kernel maybe that means MS will be able to count those in the chart as well and have another leg-up on Apple!
