In terms of Motorola trying to seek an injunction?  No, it's not going well.  Ultimately it'll come down to the two sitting down and agreeing to a licensing deal because in the end, Microsoft has to license the patents, and that's what this whole ordeal was all about.

Actually, it's only gone on so long because Motorola is/was refusing it obey by yhe FRAND terms they obligated themselves to.
