What went wrong with Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time?

I really don't see anything wrong with the game's models. In fact, I think they look fantastic. I do believe it is Sanzaru's first developed from scratch game, so they probably aren't used to the hardware even if they did the Sly Collection upgrade.
