With Take-Two's market cap at $1.34 billion (http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=TTWO&ql=1)
and Ubisoft's at €715.6 million ($959 million) (http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=UBI.PA)

It would be affordable for Activision to pay 1.6x both ther market caps in cash!
