Ain't no way I'll throw €1000 at this, you have a full fledged laptop like the Sony Vaio Z at that price. I'd consider a 128GB version at 699, but never 999.

Yeah but if this said Sony on it youd be all over it...

no

The fact you would want something like Sony Vaio Z over this is questionable. Over here Sony Vaio Z is 50% more expensive, 50% heavier, no touch screen or pen input... It's got benefits like bigger hard drive and i7 but its not even the same market.

At $1000 dollars which is what Surface Pro and touch/type keyboard costs, you really can't find a touch screen device with an i5/i7 processor that has a 1080p screen and a wacom digitizer.  Asus Thachi is 1299, Acer S7 is 1200 as well.

Only drawback I see amongst all those reviews for Surface Pro is the battery. Its about an hour too short. Everything else is reviewers notunderstanding what they are revieweing...

You can get a Vaio or a Samsung ultrabook at that price or for €100 more with excellent batterylife.
