They are probably still in Alpha/early beta stage
New Engine will get optimized too till the final release and all that stuff.
They usually know what they are doing as we could see with Witcher 2 on PC.
Witcher 3 will be great and will show Bethesda how you have to do it.
Not some lame ass game with an open world where nothing is on the map and a game where the PC Fans have to fix it.

it doesn't really look worse as witcher 2 on pc considering the lower res and stuff but even this version would already kill every console. show me skyrim with that many trees in the backround or that lighting or whatever^^

Bethesda is just a lame ass company hungry for the console money.
But don't expect something like that till the Gen after the PS4 or PS5.
But witcher 3 will look awesome compared to Skyrim.Even on consoles.If they can produce at least Max Settings from the PC Version of Witcher 2 in the early years of the PS4/Nextbox it is more than an upgrade considering the open world and stuff.

at 30fps 720p, ps4 should be able to those graphics easily, i think.

I dont think so lulz. Maybe after 3 or 4 years once devs get used to it but even then i dont think so. Do you even know the PC it takes to run the skyrim mods your looking at in that pic??. Trust me PS4 or x8 wont be running that anytime soon.

ps4 is about 9x more powerful then ps3, games like, uncharted 3, last of us and GOWA look incredible, now imagine what they can do with 9x power and no more memory restriction in size and speed.
