when you insert the disc into your ps3 if you have internet  the online pass (access to all online features) and the cross-buy product (digital version of the game for vita) is unlocked on psn tied to your account.  the games (ps3 disc and vita digital) if effectively tethered to your psn preventing you from selling off the code or disc for profit.

Wait, even the disc is tied to your account? I'm pretty sure you can still sell the disc.
