They made a mistake when they listed the specs. It's 4x 256MB chips clocked at DDR3-1600mhz, with each delivering 16-bit bus width for a total of 4x16-bit = 64-bit. 1600mhz x 64-bit / 8 = 12.8 GB/sec.
