yep so i am right lol. the name of the company is Ouya Inc. 

youtube it. i've seen some stuff, though i can't say i'm completley impressed, but there are som gems there. the platform is capable of so much more. it's likely a bit more powerful then Wii, but tech isn't my area. all i know is that it has 1GB of RAM.
