It is bad journalism to use wishy-washy terms like 'around' when you have a just-as-easy exact number available. I'm criticising their journalism, not the literal accuracy of what they said.
Kind of like how, if they were to say "The Wii U was released somewhere around November 2012", I'd call it bad journalism.
