Im not that fussed about Wii online - because I know its coming. Its Nintendo slowly getting into the online (console) space - and Nintendo's approach these things is to "try" and do it properly from the start - not release something half-broken, or impossible to use (by the average public). Im more concerned about stuff they can't fix (i.e. built-into the hardware). Mike on the Wiimote/sound quality from that thing is a biggie. For the cost, they could have upped the quality with minimal impact on profits. I'll say it again - I think a "Wii Sports II - online" would be hugely amazing. I'll go out on a limb, and say that it could well be the biggest selling console title (across ALL platforms) - this generation. Most of the people I know that don't enjoy the Wii, don't enjoy it because they don't have enough friends/people visiting their place regularly. An online component would alleviate that. ... More issues: 360 - smaller, more "console" controller. Feel like its turning into a cut-down PC. More variety of games - less shooters. Less flakey, cheaper, smaller, quieter. Then I'll consider getting one. Media aspects of it are cool. PS3 - can't/won't comment. I have a (serious) boycott on anything Sony built/produced these days, so I wouldn't get one under any circumstance. Never been a fan of Sony IP/games either. BluRay is virtually a negative for me - not a positive. My previous Sony console (PS2) broke 3 times, took them 9 months to get me a replacement first time. Far too expensive, CELL has been a major disappointment (based on my expectations, and talking to people developing for the PS3). Controller is a joke.
