But the finish product uses a 1 GHz or so 2-core CPU with a PICA200 Micro GPU (max. Clock 400 MHz) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_3DS We are talking about a 1st Party CPU that was changed from the first 1st Party Nintendo CPU they were earlier planning of using. Besides with an refresh rate of 180 (60 fps per image) while downloading stuff in the back ground like firmware updates & over 300 MB of 3D videos and doing StreetPass while you are gaming with the calculating of 3D with the extra calculating of being able to adjust the Volume of 3D at anytime on the fly, I would just find your source pretty unreliable with what the 3DS does when we are gaming & watching Netflix (even Netflix has everything downloading in the background from my experience) If you are wondering about the over 300 MB of 3D videos, well I downloaded the free App: Nintendo Video, which downloads 4 3D videos for free like 3D music videos & Movie trailers and so fort. |
Yes. ARM, the company responsible for the processor used in the 3DS, the Arm11 MPCore, and the microprocessors used in the majority of electronics on the world market, is quite the unreliable source now isn't it. :)
This guy officially has no idea what he is saying!
