Easiest option would be too "right click" on the picture you want to link, then click on "image info (firefox)/your browser alternative",then there should be a image location, ex: "http://www.randomimage.us/files/44552f680c37e.jpg", just copy that, click on the insert/edit image button here, put the link in "Image Url", and click the insert button.

Some sites use image viewers though which could obscure the link, mind if I ask which site you were trying to link from?
