Would it be smart if Sony/Nintendo would put their exclusives on PC

Planetside 2 says other wise.  It would maximize profits for games and it would also take away from people pirating on pc like Dolphin.  Heavy Rain would probably be pretty successful on steam as well.

Yes MSFT built PC but either way it is a smart business strategy that id like to see the other to take as well.

Sony and Nintendo make their games exclusive so that more people would buy their console. That's the whole point

More exclusives=hardware sales=Money
