Have you ever cleaned your registry? If you install a lot of programs/games you can be left with a messy registry that can slow down your computer. CCleaner seems to be a popular program for cleaning your windows registry.
Try all the spy/maleware cleaners and if that doesn't help try cleaning the registry. If that doesn't help back up your files & do a clean install of windows.
