yeah that is all you need. Plus a connection capable of providing you enough speed and bandwidth to provide you with uninterupted gameplay, without your ISP setting a limit or throttling your connection. And what if the Cloud gaming company goes bust? *cough* OnLive *cough*, you have just lost all your games, all your saves and you will be left with just a TV.
Sounds like the future to me -_-
