No they wont. Because a product and a service arent the same thing. Cloud gaming is a service. You are paying for a service, when the service is no longer available you dont pay it anymore, but you dont have a right to the contents in it after it stops. You are paying for the ability to acess them temporarily.
Its the same thing as Xbox gold at the moment for example. Microsoft can bring down the servers any time they want for a certain game and you wont get any re-emburse for the lost ability to play online. Half the game is lost right there and no one gives it back to you.If its already like this why would you think it would be any different in the future? Iwata is right.
