Haha, these specs will be enough for high settings at least.
With:
8GB DDR2(!) RAM
Core 2 Duo E8500 @4GHz
Radeon HD 4850 1GB Ram
I am able to play Guild Wars 2 at high settings with the improved textures at 40-50 fps. His rig will be sufficent for high-very high settings^^
