No, it doesn't. Morality actually precedes religion.
Besides, there's no such thing as what you call absolute morality. What's considered moral now may not be in a few decades, and vice versa. Although, some things are pretty basic, like murder and rape. I honestly can't be arsed to explain further, this vacation is so ralaxing...
