I don't think we'll ever see a PS3 for $199 or less with a hard drive. Sony should put out a $199 console with ~64GB of flash memory. That's plenty of space for the average user.

New slim is likely very profitable for them, and they've already somewhat admitted that they could* have dropped the price back in holidays but chose not to.
