Well, I will say that I agree the WiiU will, not necessarily "win", but that it will perform admirably. Those who have already made up their minds that Nintendo is destined to fail based on two months on the market, well, I figure it'll speak for itself once the games arrive and we'll have a better idea after this holiday either way.
Regarding PS4 failing sales-wise, however, I think that's premature as well. A lot of people are expecting Sony to be outspent by Microsoft and that the NeXtBox will come out ahead for the 8th gen and maybe it will. But there is certainly a scenario where Microsoft's vision of Kinect 2 and an all-in-one media hub doesn't quite have the appeal that GAMERS are looking for in a home console and that the market embraces the PS4 with its numerous exclusives instead. And remember, the Playstation brand is stronger than Xbox in Japan and Europe (sans the UK).
Next gen it's anyone's game.
