Should we be able to just buy prescriptions over the counter instead of having to go to a Doctor?

It's controlled because somebody will sue when out of their own stupidity they take something they decided on without consulting a doctor. Heck they'd sue even if they took it for recreation. Someone is injured or dies, somebody gets sued.
