Is the issue here the racism or the insulting and acting tyrranical towards someone?  What justifies insulting or acting tyrranical towards anyone?  Even if all that was said is true, where someone is clearly superior, and a group of people are, would it be right they act in a manner of insulting and a pretty much a bully?

The answer to your questions: NO. Simply because it makes no sense and is wrong in doing anything negative towards someone for a trait they are born with, which they didn't choose.

Well, when is it appropriate to do anything negative towards someone?  Is it appropriate to do bad things to people who choose things in poor taste, dress poorly, or whatever?  Is it appropriate to do bad things if individuals pick something of free volition?

That should be obvious right? When someone chooses to do something wrong like kill someone say, then you should be stopping them.
