I think PS3 will definitely see a pricecut a little before or when PS4 launches. I doubt they'll mention it now. It's selling the best of the 4 consoles on the market.
A Vita price cut announcement is possible but would be kinda embarassing as it would be admitting it's struggling when they are trying to put on their best face. If it happens, it'll be like an after thought. Oh btw Vita price cut.
