Can you imagine the next iphone being iphone omni or something? Well Playstation is the biggest console name in the industry's history (over 400 million consoles sold under that name in just under 20 years) so I can reasonably guess it will not be way different (as in not have Playstation in the title) and am reasonably sure it will be called Playstation 4 in all regions including Japan because Gran Turismo 4, Twisted Metal 4, and a lot of other 4s have done just fine.
