limit number of kids to 2 so when idiots die the number of idiots per family is 2 again. Giving educated people financial aid for having children. And having some sort of penalty for "useless" people when they make a third one and therefore need financial aid longer etc.
I mean in Germany "community parasites" have a ton of babies and the more they have the more financial aid they get. Its hilarious. Not useless dumb people should reproduce but the educated ones should. So why the hell is the state/government helping to make our people dumber?
Crowd control? I mean the dumber the people the easier they will follow your orders.
