Really? Would you go into a horse race and say "you know, if these horses had the same chances they'd all reach the finish line at the same time"? Humans are equal in kantian terms at most... they all share rationality. However it's not hard to see that's far from the only thing dictating who we are going to be and how much value will be placed in us. There is always going to be able to do something without breaking a sweat that you will not be able to do in your entire life, no matter how hard do you try, no matter how hard you wish. However... this fact or the existence of races does not mean there is such thing as superior or inferior, or more evolved and less evolved. Every single creature, all the way to the dumbest sea sponge, is a winner in evolutionary terms simply because it does exist. |
i didnt understand your horse metaphore could you further explain it?
and of course not everybody can do the same things. people are in different situations. and as you said some people can do stuff in without breaking a sweat while others cant do the same thing in their entire life, its all circumstantial. and its impossibile to detrmine a humans worth. i actually find it wrong to say how much someone is worth, i edited my post and i explained that before you qouted me.
