Saying that black people generally runs faster than white people is not racist. Saying that black people are more likely to commit crimes than white people in the U.S. is not racism. Saying that you prefer black women over white ones is not even racist.
Saying that white/black people in general are stupid is racist. Racism is wrong because it gives all people of a certain race labels that they don't deserve. It hurts people.
