I don't see Mugabe going out of politics willingly, he is far too corrupted by power.
The only alternatives are that he dies ( killed or natural causes, don't matter ) or the country pay a heavy price in blood to get rid of him.
To think there is another way is wishful thinking and a total misunderstanding of Zimbabwe's current political environment.
