Is there no instructional booklet in some games (i.e. DmC o.O?)

wtf. I mean I can understand few pages and sheets like some of my PS3 game books are thin XD.

 

But nothing...no promo card, no instructional booklet....xD.

I agree. It's weird. 

Nintendo still offers the Points Card, though.
