I thought that Obama was just trying to "play it off" after the 1st guy refused a handshake from him lol

but you posted the second video that shows obama shaking the hands of the first part of the line with the russion guy not shaking their hands...  the title of the second video is even obama handshake snub? Not!! ...so I'm confused that you are even confused...
