If you're serious:
1. Mitt Romney planned to antagonise the US's enemies. Would that really work to reduce their attacks and obstructionism against you?
2. Russia are pretty much a joke and the US should get over caring about them and focus on their own economy, and the real threats against them (lack of dignity, education, rights and democracy affecting people all over the world that then become radicalised. Yes even in the US.).
Obama doesn't think they're friendly, but he knows the best thing for the US economy is to keep them not hostile.
3. All cyber attacks do is show how badly designed government infrastructure is. Can they do any serious damage? Threat level as compared to the Cold War is near zero.
4. China has far more to gain from peaceful trading with the US than from attacking. How about the US keeps it that way as well?
