Hell no. In a generation or two 9/11 will probably be briefly mentioned in US history books... and never mentioned anywhere else in the world outside of some college geopolicitcal classes.
To be Hitler, you need to do some horrifying ass shit, have the right look AND do it at the absolute right time, cause there have been worse monsters then Hitler, but they never reached Hitler status.
