OT: I'm so damn far removed from virginity it's not even funny. Seriously, it's not. And because of the anonymity I'm allowed online, I'll freely admit that I was a male slut and have slept with several women I am ashamed of and I wish I could take those times back. On a serious note, being a slut maybe isn't that awesome, but hitting a number around 20-25 is absolutely ok if you don't plan to get married early. I'm 27 and not even considering that. The vision of yet another crazy summer romance makes it impossible for me to think about marriage :P I doubt that I'll be recalling my wedding with a simmilar smile as I have when thinking about my last summer in Spain... Also the thrill of picking up a new woman can't be compared to anything else...

I lost my virginity on Valentine's Day when I was 16, and I'm a few months away from being 27 like you. Are you telling me you haven't done any maturing in 11 years? And I have no right to judge anyone, but would you be comfortable marrying a woman whose number is 20-25 as well?

EDIT: Oh yeah, I agree, there is nothing like the thrill of picking up a new woman! I love first dates more than anything; the awkwardness, the sexual tension, the mystery, the intrigue of what could happen next. Fortuanately and unfortunately, I am unable to relive the thrill because I am in a relationship that's just good enough for me not to screw up.

I'm happy for you, I have this problem all the time. I'm happy in a relationship, but after some time feel that I lack the thrill. I don't wanna cheat on my gf, but really want to check if I can seduce that girl at the bar or something. Scoring is not the goal, it's the intrigue that matters. The beginnings are just such a drug...

Valentine's Day, how rhomantic ;) That must've been the best investment in a rose ever, haha. I have matured a lot since I was 16, I'm pretty much a different person in many aspects, but I still am far away from being mature. Thankfully my job allows me to remain stupid and party a lot, ever during the week.

@unprotected sex - ok, that was really stupid on your part. I've never been this irresponsible my entire life, always went the safe route and had protected sex, hence I've never had any problems :)

@a woman at 20-25 - actually a bit over half a year ago I was dating a girl who admitted to having this many partners (her number was bigger than mine!! And I mean my real one!) and at first I was kinda shocked and had mixed emotions about it, but stopped caring very fast, so I guess I could live with that. And she was by far the best sexual partner I've ever had, haha. The girl was a daemon in bed and I guess it helped me get over that, haha. If that's what it takes for a girl to be this good in bed, they should all do it, seriously.
