Yup ps+ is the best thing comming out of this gen in my opinnion. You couldn't spend these 50$ any better.
As for the last senence, ps+ on vita is kicking ass at least as much as the ps3 vesion, i mena Ncharted, gravity rush, wipeout, Lumines, mortal kombat, and lots more in ~ 3 months... there is nothing more you can ask for!
If you have plus but no vita then i don't know what's wrong with you.
