the article makes some good points. I find it kind of ironic that jim sterling wrote this as just a couple years ago every ps3 user on this site was convinced he was one of the most terrible human beings ever and absolutely hated everything sony.
Microsoft definitely needs to revamp and redefine xbox live next gen or they are going to run into some problems. I do have to give Microsoft credit for basically being the bar in which online console gaming has been defined this generation. However, now that the competition is catching up and still offering features for free, it is time for a change microsoft...
