The US PS Plus yes and with good reason, I look through the US PS Plus blogs and it's full of constant whining and people complaining that the EU PS Plus is much better.
Which it is.
PS+ December EU - Batman AC, Vanquish, Mortal Kombat Vita etc
PS+ December US - Bioshock 2, Super Street Fighter 4, Rocard (Cheap PSN game), Anomoly (Cheap PSN game), Retro City Rampage (Cheap PSN game)
