I do this.
I also constantly figit (especially when thinking and sitting down).
Combine this with the fact that I'm constantly thinking (partly because of my job, partly because of my interests), that means I'm always figiting and/or pacing (if my mind is really racing, I'll do both). When I'm at work, and my mind gets overloaded with thoughts, I often go for a walk (to the nearest coffee shop, or something), by the time I get back, I know exactly what I need to do.
I'm extremely bad at accepting authority, always have been as a child. If I can't see the "point" of a rule, I'll often go out of my way to break it.
I usually enjoy getting a song stuck in my head.
I can tend to sleep as much or as little as I want, and still feel exactly the same the next day: groggy for the first couple of hours, then extremely perky. Doesn't matter if I have 20 minutes or 12 hours.
Caffeine doesn't wake me up, tends to do the reverse (and make me need to do a number 2. Like, extremely.)
