@Tbone: Whoa, this Welt character is actually new to me, seems very interesting. Was going to vote The Prof, but I want to dig in this Welt guy before I vote...
So Welt is from Soma Bringer, a Monolith Studios game. Now things are getting interesting. I would still vote for the prof, seeing Welt, he would control more or less like the Fire Emblem characters. But I won't rule him out yet! ;)
