There's still a huge market within that 1.3 Billion who *can* afford a console.  Just look at how Apple's doing in China.  iPhones aren't cheap, and Apple just did $7.3 Billion in revenue for the quarter:

True. But I think it'll take awhile for these consoles to break through in China. It won't happen overnight.
