After three weeks, the 3DS is up 0.9% YoY. It needs to be up 28.6% to be on track. If the days were aligned it would likely be down YoY seeing as three weeks started on Dec 30th for this year and Jan 1st for last year. You can also see this in the numbers, the 3DS was only up the first week, and has been down for weeks two and three.
