Yep, they add "so help me god" at the end, which is at least what everybody I know has been focusing on, (and what i read) because it means atheists won't be able to graduate, or will be forced to say so help me god.

Why the whole military type pledge isn't more focused on... i don't know.

(Apparently it will be ammended for atheists though, much like how they are sworn in at court.)
